One of our missions at kunanyi trail series is to tempt more people into the adventurous spirit of trail running. And for anyone new to these wild adventures, Hanny Allston has compiled a terrific ‘Beginners Trail Running Training Planner’. Check it out and let Hanny prepare you for any of our 2020 runs on the mountain.** BEGINNER TRAIL RUNNING TRAINING PLANNER** A 6-month guide for people taking their first steps. Do you have limited running experience? Or know someone who would like to try trail running? I want to help you all to step into the unknown & to 'be, play, and perform wilder’. Over a 6-month period, I will help you to grow into your chosen goal which can be up to 30km or 4-hours in duration. I will help you to sit firmly in the driver's seat; to listen to your body and fully respect the demands of your personal lifestyle. I call this- being wilder. We will make your goal fun! You will incorporate the activities, locations, trails, and friendships that you already love. Yes, I will dare you to play wilder and to do so unapologetically! Then, after 6-months, you will feel prepared to perform wilder. I can’t wait to take you on this journey to becoming your wildest self! If you know someone who may be interested in taking their first steps into trail running, please tag them in the comments below.

The money will be used for a new humidity crib to help sick and injured wildlife recover quickly and return to the wild. Bonorong do a fantastic job and we’re proud that we are able to help! ... See MoreSee Less
